RETURN POLICY

We hope you are thoroughly satisfied with all of your purchases from Shady and Katie. Please return the item with-in 10 days of the delivery date. A short note with the reason for your return is helpful. Also, please make sure your order number is included with your return, so we can guarantee your proper credit.

Products must be in their original condition with the original receipt, packing inserts, tags, etc. All returns are subject to Shady and Katie’s terms of use. Shady and Katie is not liable for shipping charges on returns.  Your credit card will be credited when the items are received back at the address below. 

SALE items and earrings are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of “vintage” items, they are also a FINAL SALE. Mail Returns to the address below:

SHIPPING

We do our best to ship items as soon as we can (usually within 2-3 business days) but please note that when we are closed, we will not fulfill your order until the next business day. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship all items. Although USPS states that most orders will be delivered within two to three business days once shipped, Shady and Katie cannot guarantee that shipping time frame will be met since it is fulfilled through this third-party entity.
